did 315 3 times. It was my old max two weeks ago and i was feelin myself extra hard.

Pain is on a 3/10. I have full ROM with no issues. Hoping its something minor.

Repped.

Ask some random gym bros to lend you energy (
Super Saiyan Pause Breh
) so you can recover and get back faster.

:rudy: seems like an overkill.

I’ve seen my nephew do like 20. And he’s nowhere no near squatting as much as me.

:mjlol: dismissing squatting 5 plates for 6 like that’s nothing. :mjlol:
He also talking about athletic competition and mindset, not so much lifting

Right, if you're squatting 500 and 600 lb, 225 is going to feel like an empty bar.

In general though 225 for 30 is still fairly impressive.

I know for a fact I could get a good 20 if I really tried

Get this weak shyt out of here.

I guarantee in a couple gym sessions if not one gym session I could crank 30 reps of 225lb.

What next if you can hit 135lbs for 100 reps you’re the man :troll:

225lb really isn’t much.

I’d be impressed if it was like 3 plates for 20.

And I’m sure if you train for a week or two, most w month you’d be able to crank out 30.

Putting someone on the spot and expecting them to hit an arbitrary number is meaningless if they’re not an endurance trainer. But converting to endurance or training your muscles for endurance should take some minor tweaking.
