Reppin
A fleeting childhood
You've been on the active roster for too long. Sounds like you tryna be banished back to IR Dimension.
:francis:

Meanwhile, in the Village Hidden Beneath the Gains, I'm wrapping up an almost 3 hour full-body WoD and got a pump even though I couldn't care any less about such things.

I’ve been losing weight mostly through eating healthier and walking a lot

I have a lot of fatigue and diminished appetite but planning to start back going to the gym

I’m pregnant and have a good way to go before I push the little one out, he/she is taking so much of my energy between work, errands and household upkeep
congrats

Anyone familiar with the floor press? I won't have access to a bench for a while, so in the meantime I've been floor pressing to help with my push-ups. The problem is, I feel soreness mostly in my shoulders (like the photo below) and less in my triceps, am I doing something wrong? Hand placement?

I used to do those years ago when I didn't have a bench. I'm not a gym expert by any means but if I remember correctly, the only time I felt pain was when i was doing the movement unnaturally. Meaning I was either too high or too low. I personally would play around with the movement and try to find the spot that doesn't give me pain.

With that being said, I don't hold myself out as a gym expert. So if you do what I say and your damn shoulder falls off, don't blame me :ld:
