Unless you're going to an actual kickboxing gym (like some Muay Thai shyt), them cardio boxing classes aren't all that from a body recomposition or standpoint.
Would be better off just going to the gym and mixing cardio and resistance training but nobody wants to hear that so .

I love my bootcamp, it’s just too far. I just need something active and fun in the winter. I need group exercise sessions. I would think Kickboxing + a healthy diet would still yield positive results, at least enough to hold me through winter. I always maintain my regular gym membership anyway. I just need something intense.
All I know is the photos of the female clients look good and the few Black women I saw on who are members have tight bodies and still have some thickness. Which is the goal.Better not be no Billy Blanks shyt.........Muay Thai or nuthin else.........
