Squat with good form???......Any tips for avoiding sciatica pain during squats?

If you feel any pain after squatting then you’re using improper form or overtraining.
I feel some a bit of doms from a lot of exercises but squats, never.
Literally once i hit the parking lot my quads are back to 100% recovery.
