If you are having whenever you squat..... well you got some trouble..... :francis:
I’m good a step further and say this,

If you feel any pain after squatting then you’re using improper form or overtraining.

I feel some a bit of doms from a lot of exercises but squats, never.

Literally once i hit the parking lot my quads are back to 100% recovery.

Her body looks like she puts in work, and I'm sure she's in better shape than at least 80% of female trainers, but her face does less than nothing for me, and I hate gym thots. :unimpressed:
