Again it is possible that sodium and/or chloride levels to be low, but not likely, unless you're downing two gallons of water a day on a low salt diet while simultaneously sweating a lot.

Everytime I ever cramped was due to loss of sodium. Football in Shreveport Dry ass beat had us drankong salt in our water.

Yes you need other ingredients but SALT is the catalyst to get electrolytes geauxin. I forgot exactly how, but in Organic Chemistry those other minerals are soft metals and salt acts like a conductor. So yea...SALT is more important to providing "electrolytes."

yessir!! 19 is a crazy age to hit those numbers. i wish i was younger when i started smh. started fitness/weightlifting seriously at 20.
You got time, most importantly as you up the weight make sure your form is on point.

Most cats who mess up their backs and are relegated to the machines, messed it up doing deadlifts improperly.

Also I didn’t really start fill out muscle mass wise until 26.

That’s when the thick @Ol Man Skrenf started to kick in ( :dame: )

im definitely gonna make sure i add some light days where i just focus on my form. i can’t wait till my body naturally fills out too, feeling too skinny rn

my dad looked like a lumberjack in his 30s and i don’t even think he worked out like that

Shiii feel like my right calf a little stressed. Couldn't really get any explosion on my squats. Aont nothing serious just had to balm it up a little bit. All that balm killed my high tho went from :ahh: to :merchant: real quick :pachaha:
