I feel like I need more volume then that at this time I'll throw myself in the ringer 5x5 definitely a good starting mark that I can consider, I have a week. My issue is consistency.. working 70-95 hours a week isn't helping :manny:

I see a huge difference between all those hours vs my unemployed years. No excuses.. I'll be back at it.

Additional volume is useless if your frequency is too low, or you can't recover from it. :yeshrug:

You're 100% right. Ive been eating off of muscle memory and diet. My workouts have been pretty much sporadic here and there. I need to work on my frequency/consistency.

75-90 hours a week

You better off doing some push ups and getting extra sleep over lifting weights

Prolly done more than you this year with all your time missed nursing those injuries. :usure:
I thought you knew me better than this :gucci:

You think I missed out on cardio because I was nursing injuries?!?

Edit: only in the last two months have I pumped the brakes on all the cardio. I do still have a pretty physically demanding job
