10 mins on the treadmill at a slight incline
Body weight squats for 6 reps
Front squats with 65lbs for a solid 6 reps (2 sets)

with the amount of rest I’ve taken, the pain can now be pinpointed to the inner side of my right kneecap

Searing pain when attempting a pull up. No other time do I feel anything. Got through an entire push day with no issue
