Killed legs today.....barefoot squats for the first time. Love it. Hit my 3x3 on 315 easier than I have in weeks

I've used SuperHD. I felt like I had better results with Shred Matrix though.

ec-stack with potassium, zinc, magnesium, b vitamins, fish oil

its more or less what your going to get with any of the pre packed except 20-30 dollars cheaper.

How many things do you guys train per day?

I feel like I'm starting to plateau. I revamped my regiment to train 3 parts per day as opposed to 2. Is that doing too much?

Bout to hit the gym... deadlifts, hack squats and leg press then calisthenics for about half an hour wish me luck brehs :ooh:

How many things do you guys train per day?

I feel like I'm starting to plateau. I revamped my regiment to train 3 parts per day as opposed to 2. Is that doing too much?
I train 1 to 2 things a day depending on the day

I would say don't add more body parts, just hit what you hit harder. More sets, more accessories. How many sets are you doing each time you go to the gym? I found I'm happiest at about 25.
