Just more so for a point of reference. In my early 40s and can’t do that without seeing it. But everybody different.

I come from a long line of skinny folks so I just got it like that. :manny:

We do InBody's every year at work and my metabolism (i.e. BMR) goes up every year. :mjlol:

It was 1844 before I started lifting and was 2119 ten pounds ago in mid-August. :francis:

(That's an average of 55 calories burned daily each year to just sit on my ass and not die. :wow:)

A fleeting childhood
Had a great upper body workout to end the week
No working out Saturday nor Sunday


Idno how much each is contributing but being more consistent with creatine, working out less, no cardio outside of walking, lower weights for higher reps and a slight caloric surplus got me feeling brolic again

Can’t believe the reduction in my bp after just three days of low sodium eating. Wifey just finished making cornbread and I’m not even gonna touch it, not worth it.

I had no idea how sodium is naturally occurring in so many vegetables and some grains. I thought I only had to be on the lookout for processed foods.

M’y next goal is to truly get a full 7-8 hours sleep.

@The Butcher can get away with things I can’t. All those items will blow up most people, but genetics is a fascinating thing. I take it like this; what works for others, may not work for you.
