What stretches do y’all do for the shoulders I’m getting over a rotator cuff injury but I haven’t been to the doctor I’ve just been resting it, haven’t even been shooting hoops

So my gym closed again cos... well yall know

I been tossing around the idea of doing a few 10k races this year and a half marathon in Sept. because last year was a goaless mess with gyms opening and closing and all them variants tryna take out a real one :francis:

There is a 5k in Feb I signed up for just to shake off the cobwebs but I can run it with no issue but my times have gone through the floor :francis:

Yes. Super tight lower body muscles (quads/psoas/hamstrings/glutes :dame:/etc.).

Tom Merrick on youtube has some stretches to help. I used to have tight ham and hips until I started doing his youtube stretches and Karin Dimitroskiova/ or something like that flexibility guide.

Still researching programs, but I joined a group that does cross country to get used to the distance. Once I get comfortable with a daily/weekly routine, I'll move to more serious training for 2023.
