I hit 30 and I noticed my metabolism changed, but I also realized, that I've been sitting a lot wfh. So I've started standing up more.
It's not mandatory but it's difference between having a gut and flat abs.
I just tracked my calories, and what I typically eat in a week. I realized I was eating way more than I thought.
Now I just look at the calories.
I create my own meal plan for the day, instead of just eating recklessly.
I was watching a YT video on meal prepping for the week and wanted to try something similar. The problem I have is that most of those plans don't have enough calories.
fukk am I gonna bulk on 2010 calories a day?
