Fasted Fully Body day.
(No lunch, only had 12 Hawaiian rolls before starting. )
I had to run a mile and half with 10 lb weight vest
never thought i see the word "fasted" in your post and you not completely going over it lol
Breathing and pace is important plus it wasn't a straight path. It's a mind thing for real brorunning with a weighted vest.....how is that breh?
Day 6 of squatting complete. Push day was a success as well
Day 7 complete. Failed on a one rep max attempt.I remember when I was doing upper/lower 6 days a week and squatting on the upper body days too.
