I goofed around with it but it usually seems to run counter to what people claim is there goal. If you are training hard I don’t see the reasoning.That's my expression when y'all be talking all this detox and clarity and energy nonsense, like calories aren't required for sustaining life.
As far as detoxing. How much are you really getting done in 72 hours versus eating lean proteins, leafy greens and lots of water during that period?
