I goofed around with it but it usually seems to run counter to what people claim is there goal. If you are training hard I don’t see the reasoning.That's my expression when y'all be talking all this detox and clarity and energy nonsense, like calories aren't required for sustaining life.![]()
As far as detoxing. How much are you really getting done in 72 hours versus eating lean proteins, leafy greens and lots of water during that period?
