a rescheduled HS reunion in either October or November and now finalized my flights and accommodations to South Africa in February, 2022.

lol for my last HS reunion i was obsessed with getting down to my HS graduation weight of 185..i got down to around 205 with about 3 weeks to go and i was on pace to make it but my body was crashing something serious. it was awful. Could barely run, lift, or box. my body needed carbs so i was forced to carb up. This time i'm not even going to try to go under 200 lol. I'm old i'll try to get down to at least somewhere around 220 for that. also try to maintain that for the south africa trip and not try to fluctuate more than 5 pounds in either direction.

BTW bro we could move up here and take over their city. Cats up here must not lift at all. I only interacted with 2 people up here and the lady at the BBQ place was like "you must be strong you look like you lift a lot of weights" and TSA bruh was like "whoa man how much you deadlift "
