Brought my younger cousins to play soccer today (18 and 15 yr olds).

Both of em balled out :myman:

The 15-yr old got a goal and an assist from the midfield :ohlawd:

Some other dudes were even saying I should bring em around some more :obama:

The heat was crazy today though. And my legs were cooked. Played Saturday and did a lot of walking Sunday for the fireworks at National mall.

Been reading mark’s starting strength…. shyt has me wanting to squat 2x daily 7 days a week :dead:.

On a serious note loving how in depth he is with the science. Learning a lot. Has me leaning towards running 1000% awesome from welder’s forever after finishing this program ( 5x5 FSL leader & FSL window maker for anchor).

4 hours post workout and the deads right into weighted hypers has me feeling the power of the sun in my lower back still :ahh:

I did squat everyday for 60 days last march....My squat and endurance went up but it didn't really do anything for me outside of toughening up my trap area and helping my squat grow.....I'm thinking about doing the bench everyday one but right now I'm on a cardio kick.

I most def don't do weighted hyper extensions anymore just high reps. so your back must be g2g.

1) It's Wendler. Put some respeck on his name. :birdman:

2) 1000% Awesome is a solid-ass template. :ehh:

3) As someone who does it at various times at least once a year, I would *not* recommend squatting everyday unless you:
  • a) Have your technique absolutely dialed-in. shyt needs to be textbook.
  • b) Do not work a physical job. Like, at all.
  • c) Have lots of gym time available.
  • d) Need to get your numbers up for a competition.
Just my 0.02. :yeshrug:

The 13 Wk Boring But Big challenge was very meh to me, but BBB does become less effective the more advanced you are.
