Back in the gym for the first time since March 2020 and working with a trainer for the first time to avoid the relative BS'n I've done the past 13 years of my weightlifting/gym life. I'm definitely deconditioned. My biggest hurdle has been re-training my MIND to push through physical fatigue. I feel like i'll be byke in the groove in a couple weeks. Main thing I'm looking forward to is hitting the basketball court

Gotta experiment with sugar substitutes and/or gums. Been making non dairy sugar free ice cream, but it freezes too hard, gotta wait damn near 20 mins for it to be scoopable, but once it hits that point it tastes and feels great
Keto ice cream is bomb but man I tried that halo top Sunday omgg sooooo freaking good but too much sugar for me right now .

moved up to the next weight tier at my class spot for the past two weeks, strength has increased, but lord been on some fukkery with diet the past two weeks, need to clean it up before i head home in july

no meetings today and light workload, i'm about to lay out by the pool and tan

When y’all Deload how long do y’all do it for?
And do you still lift during it or just completely chill?

Cause I was going to give myself a week off to recover but it’s 4 days and I’m bored as hell, and I already feel recovered :francis:
