Lowkey played one of my best games in a while. 2 goals on the day and
my first goal was an outside box chip when the keeper came rushing out
Got in about 75 mins of great game time. 25 mins 11v11 then about 50 mins 9v9. Good to see my progress in my game (more stamina, more explosive runs, etc)
I might need to send you my lifting plan for advice. I think it's good since it incorporates all of the major lifts but a pro's advice never hurts
