when your in the zone, you don’t give a fukk about music which some folks label it as a distraction.

I remember going to a hotel gym when I didn’t have any headphones on me. They don’t play music in those facilities. One of my best workout days.

Try it, you might have a more productive workout.

I'm cool off that. :hhh:

There are mandatory gym items I don't leave home without: #Powda, Red Tincture (intraworkout), headphones, and phone are non-negotiable. :hubie:

The phone supplies the music, workout history, and coli fukkery for my rest periods. :takedat:

Just trying to get leaner but with muscle.

I started doing planks for abs. Help keep my core tight.

For wider back and chest, I do pushups and pullups for a wider back. Sometimes, I bench press and deadlift.

For legs, I do squats and leg press. I need to work on this part. Can't be out here lookin like chicken little:mjlol:


But biceps and triceps, that's my most struggle fr
