The weather has finally broken a little so I ran a coupla miles outside for the first time a few months. Felt great.

....and I'm going back today.

My treadmill days are over for a while.

Here's the thing. The air quality has never been great inside, add the fact that the fitness room is carpeted which contributes to that.

Throw in sanitizers and disinfectants being sprayed constantly, sometimes I feel like a legit asthmatic.

But running outside: :ahh:

I'm glad you're moving/being active.

But being outside? :scust:

Wildest think you ever posted in here

Not at all. :rudy:

Working out inside is better. Climate control. Recycled air. No natural lighting. Protection from the elements. No road noise.

Muhfukkas working out outside have to contend with insects, stray dogs, frostbite, windchill, rain, farmer's tans and heat stroke. :dead:

My brethren, that is a gross simplification

I started off lifting weights at an outdoor gym in Florida, I'm cool on going back. :hubie:
Weights?! Hell no but running, walking and even some cross training outside is good if weather allows and especially compared to being indoors with Covid. Here it’s like spring outside without the pollen but I bet someone is in my gym pounding away on the treadmill and I would give them the :gucci:
