Anyone got a high volume work out routine .


I’ve been doing full body workouts but I wanan switch it up for the next couple weeks .


Focus on maybe two body parts a workout and crush them with high volume .

Struggling to understand how tricep and trap isolation movements became the go to movements for casual lifters in my gym.
Lol because everyone knows those the moves to look good . Big shoulders and triceps to make your arms look bigger .


Shut is dumb just work your over all body .

I mean yeah but when you clearly aren’t training to grow, your traps are flat across and your triceps don’t have definition...........

These are all older men so it’s just funny to see them targeting those muscles for an entire session when they don’t really lift.

6-Day Squat or Deadlift nSuns 5/3/1 @ 85+% TM (training maxes). Throw in extra T1 singles for the gains. :ohlawd: :noah:

As for sleeves, I'd go SBDs or Rebhands 7mm.
I did 315 on the big 3
Im going have to go early in morning or late at night because everytime I set up my phone to record or was an issue
An the way my temper set up I'm going be doing prison workouts

nSuns is an upper/lower with two primary movements/muscle groups used per day. (Also a good idea to throw in back/bis as you see fit on upper days). Throw in an ab and calf exercise or two on lower body days and you'll really be cooking.

Day 1: Bench/OHP Volume day - Chest/Tris or Chest/Back.
Day 2: Squat/Sumo - Quads/Hams
Day 3: OHP/Incline - Delts/Tris or Delts/Chest
Day 4: Deadlift/Front Squat - Hamstrings/Quads
Day 5: Bench/Close-Grip - Chest/Tris or Chest/Arms
Day 6: Squat/Sumo Speed/Volume day - Quads/Hams



If you want something more bro (i.e. Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Delts/Tris, Quads/Hams, etc.) then naw, I can't help you. I don't train like that. :picard:

Im in the middle of moving tho and not exactly sure where my next gym gon be.
The lady at the job said it's a real nice gym tho worth a $70 membership. I think it might be fsu gym maybe. Not sure.
