Did you feel hungry or lightheaded during the fasting periods?
I did a 48 hour water only fast, I was trying to go 72 but I was blew out.
So this is what I’ve learned about my body during the last two weeks .
Snake juice helps like shyt but what’s really good is working out it helps with the loopy and dizzy spells .
Carbs and sugar are big no’s on refeed days .
All protein and veggies I don’t even count calories . I let me body tell me when I’ve had enough food .
Every refeed it’s been less and less food .
I do only water fast
We gone let this one slide
I'd have to change my workouts completely
Everything is High intensity low rest plus the conditioning of my muay and catch wrestling/ combat sambo training

What do you do for training during fasts?
I did full body all week then on my refeed day I went ham .
Shoulder, chest and back .
Some of my best work outs been while fast .
I only do 60% of my max with high volume on fasting days . It’s more like circuit training so not much breaks .
Refeed day I go very heavy close to my max .
The weekends starting today I’m going to jump rope . Twenty min session is all i need .
