Do you wear glasses? I’d suggest a gaiter style mask from one of the sports companies if you don’t.I'm loving the new soccer field we play out. It's professional sized so way more room to run, especially the width of the field.
Also, anyone got any good mask recommendations? My gym requires you wear a mask at all times (even when working out) and it needs to cover mouth and nose. I need something breathable that can also wick away sweat.

As someone with glasses, I can’t wear it high enough for a snug fit without compressing my glasses

What is the basis of the program?Help me brehs and brehettes. Been running the program below and have noticed significant lower over upper -- body progression. In specific my thighs have out-developed the rest of my DYEL frame. I'm not seeing any forearm, arm or chest improvement and this is creeping into my lifts. The bolded exercises in particular are rough. Its like I've capped at those numbers and it feels like my left arm cannot handle going above that. Tried lowering weight and coming up again but its always the same. I just want massive shoulders and arms, should I switch out or keep at it. I'm feeling too much like Chun Li with the way I am going!!!

I mean first and foremost it’s supposed to be a hypertrophy program focused on upper body but he only has you lifting three times a week. Second it reads as a full body split. Third, the volume is hella light. I don’t see how you would expect gains in the chest doing 3x8 bench and then dumbbell press 3x10 combined three times a week.
Its a beginner hypertrophy program geared to adding lean muscle while maintaining an aesthetic approach. As opposed to the 5X5 or Starting Strength that focus on simply gaining size and look like a bullfrog and then sculpt. Its from Jeremy Either (Youtuber) - Built with Science. Its split between two phases. I am in phase one which is a 3 day per week training program. With the focus being on upper body. Phase two (after 4 months or when phase 1 stops producing gains) is an upper/lower split. The intentions of either is >>

None of that computes at all.
Facts. ESP if he trying to make the most out of newb gains^This, and if @VRO wants size on his shoulders/arms/chest, then a program that focuses more on upper body hypertrophy would definitely be better. Lifting 3x a week for hypertrophy ain't it, and the volume is so low and the exercise selection looks turrible.
@VRO, if you can go to the gym 5-6x a week I'd look at certain Push Pull Leg templates or the PHAT template on simplyshredded.com. If not, I'd look at PHUL. It's a 4 day upper/lower that should still yield better hypertrophy gains than this.
This program looks like Fierce 5 or Greyskull and a bro split had a baby.
