Didn't eat shyt all day so I knew going in the session was finna be :trash:.

One skinny white broad gave me the eyes and I think I mean-mugged her, then switched up mid-expression. :snoop:


A mid-tier PAWG was making conversation but didn't seem like she wanted a nikka to pull up. :shaq2: I also told her to lemme know if she needed help with her form and she proceeded to almost blow her back out tryna deadlift like 15 minutes later. :manny:


I need my other gym to open back up on weekends, these Bally Total Fitness rejects ain't it. :camby:

Kinda kicking himself for doing full body yesterday. Ended up sleeping 12 hours and the DOMS set in.

I’m thinking about alternating weeks between very high reps(like 15) one week to heavy low reps(like 5) the next

Sounds like a good way to spin your wheels by doing endurance work one week and strength the next. :huhldup:


I wouldn't vary my rep scheme that much week to week, nvm the fact that doing some exercises at those rep numbers would be pointless. Sets of 15 on bench? Damn near widowmaker squats for sets? Five rep face pull sets? :why:

Lol like between 12 and 15 reps on certain things. I got a good burn honestly and haven’t been that sore in a minute. I do an upper lower split 4x a week
