Yo
@dora_da_destroyer do you do your yoga at the gym or something? I was looking at prices for places that only do yoga and holistic events and that shyt is brazy
yea, i tried various yoga studios and overall it's not my thing, between the price, the vibe/type of people who go there, and the fact I was paying $20-30 a class and hardly ever got form corrections/attention from the instructor, i stopped. i would have been just as well off taking classes at the gym.
i've been happy doing free yoga on youtube

. i guess it depends on the type of yoga you're trying to do and what you want to get from it (stretching/flexibility, meditation, become a student of the practice, etc). i really just needed deep stretching, and the form i was steered toward, yin, is long simple poses, you don't need in-person instruction. i have the music i want, candles or incense i want, and i can do it before going to bed. IMO, the average person who just wants to stretch/gain flexibility, and maybe relax, can find plenty of good, free videos online.
