Been getting a lot of "have you lost weight? why????" lately

We still have 8-9lb to go though :demonic: About to go from peak face to death face..... but I need to know what my abs look like :demonic: fukked up part is I'm still adding weight to the bar :demonic:

I got 14 to go, I'm still at 219lbs. My working sets with zercher squats are with 405lbs now. If I can get to 445lbs :wow:

Think I gotta start eating a lot more too.

Thursday I had bowl of hamburger helper and some peanut butter sandwiches before I went and I was at 100%

Friday all I had was oatmeal, no water all day. After about 30-40 minutes my body tapped smooth the fukk out

May need to get back to alternating days with DDP Yoga

2nd straight day of eating less than 1000 calories :ehh: still getting in my 100g of protein but gotta up my fat intake... it's amazing how easily we can save on calories by just substituting the rice with veggies...
