I did shoulders and cardio yesterday.
I did standing barbell military press. I wasn't feeling good so I didn't go that heavy.
45 lbs x 10
65 lbs. x 10
85 lbs x 10
105 lbs x 5
65 lbs x 10
65 lbs x 10
65 lbs x 10
65 lbs x 10

I ran/walked on the cardio. I ran 0.25 miles at 8 MPH and then took a walk for .5 miles, and then ran again at 8 MPH for 0.25 miles. I ran 1.5 miles total at 8 MPH so I felt beat up afterwards.

Did squats on my birthday Tuesday 315x each year I've been alive. Not sure what the motivation was other than fukk it why not.

Took 3 sets with 90 second breaks. .. it was fun at the time tho :damn: I had no shame in laying on the floor after

Yesterday and Wednesday I was moving around slowly like the old school Undertaker

I worked on legs. It was a lame workout though. I did squats with 135 lbs.
Later, I did power cleans with 85 lbs. just keeping the form solid over 10 rep sets

Just did day 2 of week three in the pushups challenge. Those last 25 killed me. Sitting here at the lat machine bout to do a quick back workout. Hopefully I can finish after all them pushups. :damn:

So far my comeback to the gym is going good for the most part.

Most of my presses have fallen off with respect to volume. Which makes sense is going to take time for that to comeback.

However my pulls have been great. I'm progressing in my rows. Plus reverse curls have helped out my pull ups & chin ups tremendously.

I'm am being very cautious with my leg training because of my knees. But deep squats have really helped my knees. Hopefully by including farmers carries, my grip strength on my deadlift will improve. (I use double overhand for when I do 4 x 6 & mixed when I do 6 x 3 for my strength week)

And I finally included some high volume isolations for my forearms, triceps, biceps & traps. (3 x 15) hopefully I don't have anymore setbacks. (:

I copped some EVLUTION NUTRITION TRANS4ORM and so far it's the dopest fat burner/appetite suppressant I've tried to date. I've only taken it for 3 days though so I'll see. It's 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off so I have a ways to go but so far so good.

What has it done so far?

-The energy it gives me is "clean". I haven't been jittery and heart beating out my chest (like with others), it feels like I had a good night's sleep or something.

-There wasn't a crash. With other supplements I've tried, I would just all of a sudden become tired as the day goes on and this hasn't done that so far.

-The appetite suppression is impressive. Thursday I ended up skipping dinner by accident and I hadn't eating since like 12pm that day and I didn't feel hungry until like 9:30 that night. I had some greek yogurt and I couldn't even finish it, I got full really fast. I'll definitely have to force myself to eat on a schedule.
