I got lordosis like a motherfukker:damn:
#certlife got me in a chair all the live long day, my back :damn:

Lord knows I never stretch :mjcry:

Imma fix this in 30 days :whew:
I got this problem too. Tight Hips and lower back. Weak upper hamstrings and glutes and core. What I am trying to do is do the wall/couch stretch to really stretch out my hips. Plus this will help with my flexibility on squats which will make my glutes and hamstrings stronger.
It's tough to strengthen the upper hamstrings with involving the hips and lower back, so really the only thing I can do for it is leg curls at the end of my workout.
For core I am doing dead bugs and at least 60 min planks. I guess the problem with crunches cause it will work your hips too.
Not sure what to do for lower back because I wanna gentle with that area. :patrice:

I hate how I am trying to do this right when the school semester starts and I also am working :mjcry:

if you're hitting your knees on the way down on a deadlift is that a problem with your form or is it meant to happen?

I've been deadlifting for awhile now, started out with some shytty form so I had pretty much restart, but I can't figure out if this is a problem with my form or just how it goes. I've looked online and there's some conflicting stuff. One site said you should be bending with your hips first to avoid this, but the form they showed seemed like it'd have more strain on your lower back than normal. Other places said this is normal and just to wear pants to avoid the pain.

your hips should be coming down first...
...hitting your knees is odd.
Hitting your shins is normal though.
