no doubt.I'm glad that my daily workout routine has at least one hour of cardio. I have to do that because.... I'm endomorphic and I'm a chunky dude that likes to eat.... it can be healthy or fattening... I still consume a lot of food.
Other than the Christmas holiday, I've been eating relatively healthy, though.
I learned how important keeping cardio in your routine is.
Im bulking now...but still do 30min of cardio after I lift so I dont get too fat.
