I'm glad that my daily workout routine has at least one hour of cardio. I have to do that because.... I'm endomorphic and I'm a chunky dude that likes to eat.... it can be healthy or fattening... I still consume a lot of food.

Other than the Christmas holiday, I've been eating relatively healthy, though.
no doubt.
I learned how important keeping cardio in your routine is.

Im bulking now...but still do 30min of cardio after I lift so I dont get too fat.

I went to the gym this morning and to my delight there wasn't any techno dance music playing. There was only a handful of people at the gym so you only heard the sound of the cardio machines, the clang of the weights, and the occasional grunt.

I think the main reason people bring their headphones is to avoid listening to the music playing at the gym.

I went to the gym this morning and to my delight there wasn't any techno dance music playing. There was only a handful of people at the gym so you only heard the sound of the cardio machines, the clang of the weights, and the occasional grunt.

I think the main reason people bring their headphones is to avoid listening to the music playing at the gym.
They spend a lot of money on those stereos. shyts funny

I had to get a partial patella tendon repair along with a lateral release. Been dealing with this shyt for over two years.

Couple more days and the gym is gonna be packed with New Years resolution folks.
Of course, I am all for getting in shape, losing weight, and getting strong. What I don't like so much is that the gym is so packed that you can't get the workout you want to get in sometimes.
Good thing is some women are not in shape, and have a big butt and stuff... but they still decide to wear the latest workout clothes, which includes yoga pants. :shaq:

This is why as soon as my Anytime Fitness trial is up, I'm going right back to my university gym.

It's still winter break, so the gym is empty AF, which means no New Years resolutioners. :blessed:
