I dropped 3 more lbs since my last weigh in around a month or so ago.....I'm like wtf I'm trying to maintain right now I dont want to lose anymore, I'm low enough


Gonna have to bump up that cereal consumption again

I'm the same height as Real Deal, but I'm heavier and look bulkier than him.

I'm built very similar to tyson just 230lbs and more body fat

I'm startinh bodyweight circuits on days I don't lift. I'm really not far from being where I wanna be visually. Just my chest fat is holding me back

Im so close but so far. Got all the way down to 189 and pretty much let go. Been bouncing around the low 190s. Already had 2 vendor lunches this week, Im at least 1000 over

I can't think of a national service. You might want to look at local cross fit boxes. Sometimes they have relationships with similar services.

Have received a lot of comments and random body touches from women whilst wearing them joints. Copped the XL from this brand Alpha-Beta and those joints fit perfect. At first I felt uncomfortable because I grew up wearing mad baggy shirts, but then my ex (a bad foreign joint) was like "you are crazy, those fit you perfect, they make you look even more attractive."

I was sold.

...I ask my girl sometimes how a shirt or a pair of pants fit (knowing they are too tight)...and she'll be like...thats a perfect fit

my tees are fitted all over already but based on what I've been hearing on this site...the wave is to be functionally fashionable
