Yes.You think he's afraid to shoot? I think he's being coached into a particular role, especially based on the play calling late in the game.

Yep, Barrett has tremendous skill for a freshman but he still isn't close to upperclassmen decision making skills nor having the counters he needs to be unstoppable at the college level. He is a freshman in his 6th game. Most freshman aren't really on this type of stage this early into their years with this type of matchup.Yea Gonzaga was running a pro style helping scheme until they went zone at the end.
A big part of this game was Zags overloading the left side of the floor and daring Zion and Barrett to go right as well
On that last play that’s exactly what happened and Barret finally went right and had no counter.
He was playing hot potato with the ball on the perimeter. He had about 2-3 good drives, and the rest of the time he was passing the ball up or looking to seal off in the paint.
I didn't see fear to shoot. I seen a player who just did the AAU shuffle. Let the best player cook with isos. This ain't AAU and that shyt didn't workYes.
Ranking this early dont mean shyt
If he's on his game then Gonzaga can challenge Duke. Weird that he is so under the radar still.
Gonzaga is my pick to beat Duke.
Nah ... last night was the night to clip Duke. They’ll come out extra A1 against the Zags. They gonna get Zion the fluids and the O2 mask. It’s nothing.
Even after being caught dead ass in a lie you still can’t just humble yourself and admit you were wrong without being a limp wristed bytch about it
I was on the Bleacher Report app and their stats are all bar graphs with rebounds combined into one bar labeled Rebounds (Offensive).
I fucced up reading a graph while watching the game at the same time.
Meanwhile you didn’t watch the game and are still wrong about Duke attacking the basket
He's been afraid to shoot in pretty much every single game; I've seen him pass up multiple looks in every game.I didn't see fear to shoot. I seen a player who just did the AAU shuffle. Let the best player cook with isos. This ain't AAU and that shyt didn't work
So passing up looks is fear now? He's been afraid to shoot in pretty much every single game; I've seen him pass up multiple looks in every game.
In the most general sense, yes. It'd be different if he was taking them from time to time, but he NEVER does. Around 90% of his shots have come from inside the paint this season. So passing up looks is fear now?

That bullshyt excuse doesn’t even fly because you also lied about dook forcing more turnover and since auburn had more steals and less turnovers, there’s no “Well what happened is.....I just misread the bar graph cause I was so into the game”. Nah, you’re just a bytch for no reason. It’s a character trait.
He is over 230, shouldn't that be what you want from a freshman big.In the most general sense, yes. It'd be different if he was taking them from time to time, but he NEVER does. Around 90% of his shots have come from inside the paint this season.
If he was 6'10", perhaps, but he's gonna need to extend his game if he's going to be effective as an option scorer because of his lack of height. He is over 230, shouldn't that be what you want from a freshman big.
