KU’s Carlton Bragg arrested on suspicion of domestic battery
Kansas sophomore basketball player Carlton Bragg Jr. was arrested by Lawrence police on suspicion of domestic battery against a family member.
As of Friday morning, no bond was listed for Bragg, 20, in Douglas County jail records, which is standard in Kansas for those accused of domestic violence. According to police, Bragg will remain in custody until he makes his first court appearance, which has not yet been set.
Police provided no other details about the arrest but said the case has been forwarded to the Douglas County prosecutor for review. No charges have yet been filed.
“We are still trying to gather information,” KU coach Bill Self told The Star. “But it is a charge which we take very seriously.”
Said KU associate athletic director Jim Marchiony: “We are aware of the situation and in the process of gathering information and once we have the facts we will act accordingly.”

Had high hopes for dude, hopefully it was just a mistake or something.
If what is going around is true. I'd be shocked if he wasn't kicked off the team breh.
Damn I read someone said that he pushed his girl down some stairs or something but I don't know if that is true or not
That would be a damn shame, him and Udoka are two of my favorite big men in the country

What's going around? The case is against a family member.
Breh doesn't even need to be at frat parties with the way he's been playing this year. Just a disappointing situation breh.
I think he's good for bigs. I think he pigeon holed some guys like Oubre and Henry. Oubre should've been the second option on that team behind Ellis. This is not a diss at all, but do you think Coach Self truly knows how to coach 5 stars? Wiggins was good money, and JJ is working his way to that too, but other than that? Xavier Henry? Meh. Cliff Alexander, I was completely wrong about badly. Josh Selby till this day, I can't believe it. Kid was 1b to Kyrie in HS. Kelly Oubre? Aight. Wayne Selden wasn't bad college wise, but HS Selden? Jesus. Bragg, I could go on and on. I think your 3-Stars/4-Stars are the ones who end up killing.
Oh and Perry Ellis was underrated. People was busy watching his appearance, but not his game.

But I also think some of those guys were just misses from a scouting perspective. Selby was a 6'2 SG with no handle. But I think his most talented guys performed well i.e. JJ, Embiid and Wiggins.
Embiid actually overachieved. This kid was a benchwarmer on E1T1, to Jordan Game MVP.
Selby absolutely had a handle, but his ball IQ was horrible. He could do it all, but his attitude was terrible. I'm about to be hypocritical, but I think Lance Stephenson would have killed for you guys, instead of Henry but this dude did what Bragg allegedly being accused of , but worse. Shorty was pregnant.
