Cole had a real smooth professional sound with his and the overall vibe was mellow, but I think Ran took it with the creativity. That shyt made me instantly start nodding my head. I guess I'm saying his beat just grabbed me slightly more. Close one though.

Damn both of these are tough

To me it came down to Cole's sample plan vs Ran's drums after a few listens. I can't say one beat is better than the other because their tones are so different. I found myself zoning in on Ran's drums excecution and baseline a lot so that would probably give him the edge to me. You can't get any harder or mellower than these though
