"Raising Victor Vargas" is one of the best independent films I've EVER seen

Man, this is one of the best independent films I've EVER seen. This movie was so real because the acting is realistic and the story is common. It's a coming of age type of story about this young cat and his day to day routine who lives with his grandmother, brother and sister in the hood and how he tries to impress the "Around the Way Girl". The actors in this movie did a great job and the story itself is just one of an "everyday people". This is one of those independent films that almost feels like a documentary instead of an actual IMO because the acting was just on point and real:

yeah i respect the direction and other aspects of it but the characters made me feel uncomfortable..i couldn't tell if they were retarded or not?
