What's so shocking? Only brown people can be bombed and murdered? Obviously nobody wants this to happen but to see the difference in what and who people care about, especially western nations and their reporting, it's telling and it's predictable. The feeling is mutual, though. Only time I directly care about conflict/attack in Euro country is if I have a relative there, or if they show people who look like me suffering.
