Thank you, especially brehs. We’re the bottom of the totem pole in their (sex workers) eyes, no matter the race of the broad. Even the sisters that do sex work look down on their black custys. So why participate in that? Gotta have more dignity than that, but hey, it’s not my meat.
This is actually a good thing IMO

I don't understand your point.

How does the fact that it is about porn counters my stance on systemic racism? And how does racism in the job market come into the picture?

White people represent the largest demographic of many markets besides porn where they're free to consume whatever they want. To you, wealth disparities in those markets are unrelated to systemic racism?

Would you be consistent and say the same thing about wealth disparities for Black models? Black actors? Black psychologists? Black products at large?
Absolutely not.

The demographic of people who purchase pornography purchase it based on the gender, ethnicity and level of arousal they receive by the act being done on film.

The idea that white women can make more money in pornography than black women simply makes sense because of the demographics of people who purchase porn.

White men.

White men have more disposable income to purchase pornography with than black men, and will purchase porn from women that are the same ethnicity as them because most people are most attracted to their own ethnicity.

The idea of a black psychologist not making as much income as a white psychologist due to systemic racism is true due to the history of whites teaching the idea that black people are not as intelligent as whites.

I had a whole diatribe written up but I had to scrap it. I thought the OG tweet was written was some beautiful Black woman complaining but it’s some mid cock eyed broad with a bunch of beads covering her fukked up stomach. Not wasting my time on this foolishness.:laff::laff::laff:

But the same logic of racially motivated consumption you follow is applicable to the products and services I mentioned...

If white people are more attracted to members of their own race, then it'd make sense according to your logic that white models would make more than their black counterparts.
If white people prefers to see members of their own race, then it'd make sense that white actors and white movies would make more than their black counterparts.
If white people could relate more easily to members of their own race, then it'd make sense that white psychologists would make more than their black counterparts.

I do think that porn consumption is based on attraction, but consumption for all the aforementioned products and services too. Whether it'd be sexual attraction, cultural similarity, a feeling of connexion...
It seems to me that making an exception for porn is arbitrary. Especially compared to simple modeling.

Also, you mention that white men have more disposable income to buy porn that black men. That's actually part of what I had in mind in my original post. Don't you think that's wealth disparities per capita between races are influenced by systemic racism? If that situation affects the bottomline of black sex workers, how could you say they're not affected by systemic racism as is everything else?

There's more I wanted to say and ask but I don't want to be too long.
