It depends. In a lot of places, the potential animosity between mixed and black people isn't there. A lot of black people outside the U.S. have mixed family members so it's no big deal. The difference is those family members are considered mixed, not black.
Where I do see the most animosity is in the new world countries, where race mixing has clearly been used as a means to maintain power or as a wedge to divide people.

because i see the path vividly. i live in a predominately black community, and the further i drive out in any direction, the lighter black folks get until you dont see them at all.
it's always the same. blacks with whites, then biracials with whites, then these 90% cacs with more whites. all the while, the main nikka that started the path, swore up and down everything he touches turns to black.
