why do you care so much? like why does whether he's white or not even matter to you? other than for the scholarship part (which would be a bad look IMO cause he's stealing money that shoulda gone to an actual black kid), what he really is should not matter one iota to anyone outside of those close to him.

Maybe you should look into his employment pre-BLM and the amount of money he receives...also google him complaining about not receiving some funding, and how he's protected at these events. in america he's considered black. you can choose to view him as non-black. but just know your viewpoint is a MINORITY opinion. according to most americans, whether black or white, he's a BLACK MAN. why? he looks black. black features are typically dominant over white features so most mulatto children favor the black parent, thus they are typically viewed as black by the majority population. not white. and not biracial.
fyi, race is a social construct. no absolutes or certainty. its depends on what place and time you are. for example, obama would not be black in brazil. or Africa. or maybe even parts of Europe. in America, however, he's black. PERIOD.

You reject what "black" means in this society yet you can't intelligently explain how you would redefine it. What you've just said above isn't a consistent definition. You say that someone who has two parents that descended from slavery is "black". But you say that mixed people aren't black even tho they are direct descendants of slavery. Halle Berry is a descendant of slavery and according to your definition if she got with another biracial person then her kid would be black, but Halle's not black according to you. That's a contradiction. So you've got to work that out bruh. Come up with a consistent definition of black first.
