Breh, I love the out pouring show of support from the fans, but the more I read the more glassy eyed I get. This really does hurt. If there is a heaven I'm sure he spitting bars with rest of our hip hop legends that have passed.

Woke up to a text from my breh down in TX, BK transplant....my only reaction was "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, WTF?!?!?!"

I remember hearing him for the first time like so many people on GTA 3, wasn't really exposed to Heltah Skeltah like that as a youngn. That line "winchesters, Remington's, any shotty I hit it, yo" was so dope to me I went out and copped Both Heltah Skeltah joints.

fast forward to 2005 I think and I read probably on that P and Duck Down was working with 9th Wonder (one of my favorite producers) and I was excited to hear the contrast of styles. Monkey Bars kept the gritty NY sound and had a few jams from 9th and I believe Khrysis as well.

Jesus price was dope too, as well as that Kimbo Price mixtape. "Bars of Death ft. Poison pen and Swave was my favorite.

Most recently I loved how P kept connected with the new school, doing joints for Statik Selektah and Joey Badass, not to mention the Random Axe album.
