R.I.P PS2

Yeah my friend told me yesterday that its been discontinued.

I copped my 1st PS2 in 2001. Over the years I've bought it 2 more times. Last time I copped one was like 06 or so. I still got it at my parents house and I'ma hold on to it. Maybe in like 10 years time u can get some good money for it from a collector.

And yeah, the quality and gaming improvement from the 1st PS to PS2 was incredible.

1st game I copped for my PS2 was Onimusha and I was like damn, these graphics are amazing

why the fukk would you sell a gem like that

NBA Street vol 2 was my sh!t.

Sucks that there is not a good NBA Street on PS3. I got NBA Street Home Court but it sucks, specially compared to NBA Street 2.

i don't know about that, Street Vol. 2 had 3 versions of , rookie mj rocking a gold chain along with og Magic, Dr. J, Dominique and Bird actually playing like themselves...

so Street Hoops didn't have the most disrespectful moves of any basketball game, so nikkas wasn't really fist fighting when they ankles got broke off

NBA Street vol 2 was my sh!t.

Sucks that there is not a good NBA Street on PS3. I got NBA Street Home Court but it sucks, specially compared to NBA Street 2.

That dude Bobbito killed it THAT WAS BANGING LIKE MY STORMDOOR BACK IN PUERTO RICOOOOOOO! and that's like a broken tea cup NO HANDLESSS!!
Man, 80's MJ and whoever for the 3rd guy were unfukkwitable.

Looking back it's crazy ironic how T.R.O.Y. was the intro and now I'm TROYing over this game.

The PlayStation 2 was a Great Console, it lasted me throughout the Begining Release of The X-Box 360/PlayStation 3. I didn't have any True Reason to give it up for an Upgrade, I was still a W. There were still Great Games to Play, Resident Evil 4, MGS 1, 2 & 3, WWE SmackDown vs. Raw Series, GTA 3, Vice City, MANHUNT, Black, Midnight Club: DUB Edition, etc. ...I was Loving that Console.

Best console out there . So many games and DVDs played on that thing and no issues.


To this day I don't understand how people are able to accept Xbox360 rrod failures after so many years of PS2 reliability.

word i used my ps2 and gamecube as stash spots (gamecube had 3 compartments on the bottom that weren't used)
