Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors

how would u feel if u out promotin a album...n all the media keep askin bout is dre... when its about ya album..

he dealt with it with the leftfoot album..so he switichin up the answers this album...and nikkas takin shyt out of context n runnin with it..

dre n big go deeper than rap...big already knew what it do when dre told em why he didnt wanna rap nomore..why he didnt wanna perform was between them...

it didnt stop em...

nikkas forget what happen to run dmc...how they broke up n how run dont even really fukk with dmc..n how run runs around the country doin shows with kid rock..like dmc never exist
This isn't Destiny's Child where Beyonce goes solo and goes on to have more success than the group. Big Boi's solo career will never be larger than OutKast was. He's always gonna get asked what about Dre.

those quotes are from over a month, like the gilette thing there was no context. the print made it sound like he was real salty when he was actually joking. same thing might be the case with the t.i. song review. of course theres going to be a level of resentment when that much money was passed up, but i think its relatively minor. big sees the big picture of while there was money lost, we are still very wealthy, and thats my brother. dre not touring has similar reasoning to there not being an outkast album on the horizon, he's not going to do something just because.

i agree with the last post about how big boi confronts the outkast questions. hes out here promoting his album, basically anything he says people will run with it, and his album essentially becomes something in the fine print at the bottom of the page.

Big Boi sounded mad.

On the sorry verse

Big Boi clarified a few days later that he was joking. The label won't let them record songs together unless it's Outkast. The same thing happened on Big Boi's last album.

And Andre was sincerely apologizing, he's mentioned it since the song dropped.

wrong, that was the case for this last album, this album Big Boi sent 3000 4-5 joints to spit on, he didn't get back to him on any of them, that's from big boi himself

even Jive gave up on the idea of an outkast album

Breh, the shyt you're saying "is from Big Boi himself"....that's what he said he's joking about. The label won't let them record together. You obviously read the earlier interview, he clarified that he was joking a few days later.

I hate how nikkaz act like stankonia was hot.:rudy:

Kast last good project was almost 15 years ago

Stankonia received universal acclaim from contemporary music critics. It is the eleventh-highest ranked album of the century on Metacritic with a score of 95, indicating "universal acclaim"

Keep on hating :lolbron:

because he probably gets paid 100g+ for a feature, nikka got to pay the bills somehow

:childplease:

a 3 stacks feature in 2012 doesn't move any units. this nikka ain't :heh:

beyonce even replaced him with j cole for the "party" video.

hell, most of the songs he's being featured on lately are deep album cuts and dont even get released as singles.

you have no idea what you saying, 3000 didn't appear in the video because Jive wouldn't allow it

It was a cacophony of wonderful Southern Hip-Hop that sounding like it came from another galaxy, then Hey Ya blew into the stratosphere, and crescendoed everything. :sadbron:
