Additionally if you're really sipping and using, your level of activity/fitness is likely not up to par

shyt makes you lazy Breh. You don't wanna go out and move around dranked out

Maybe to your garage to kick it with the fellas but that's about it smh

shyt gets you mad irritable also if you use a lot. They call it the "drank fits" smh

With codeine slowing your system down, obviously that will cause problems with digestion etc

While your liver is busy processing toxins it will not burn fat as efficiently

the fukked up thing about opiates (and benzos too) is having to ween yourself off which can take some time (and the risk of death for benzos especially if you try going cold turkey), but its so worth it.

He could have had complications from YEARS of abusing it

Never understood this type of stuff, it's like 3 dudes that have died possibly related to lean Pimp, Screw, and Big Moe

Screw was mixing his drugs, he was on valium and PCP as well when he died (a lot of these Houston OGs were shermheads)
Big Moe died of a heart attack, Big Moe was fat as fukk, FAT AS fukk, sure the lean probably didn't help, but the fact he was already 400 pounds probably played a bigger part.
Pimp had sleep apnea since childhood, once again the lean didn't help, but you can't say that the lean alone killed him.

One of my friends is overweight, and has had mild sleep apnea since he was a kid, he sips a decent amount. In his case it's not smart for him to be sipping, because his preexisting condition. Doctors won't prescribe you an opiate if you have certain preexisting condition for a reason.
But for majority of healthy people dying off a lean overdose is not a realistic scenario, even if you check the equianalgesic, codeine is one of the weakest, safest opiates in existence it's a OTC drugs in a lot of world.

The biggest risk is that off the lean you start to become more indifferent to your health, and your body/health slowly overtime gets into worst and worst shape, I know a dude that works out religiously like he's in the NBA specifically to counter the fact he's a heavy sipper.
Like I said on here before I know damn near 50+ nikkas that sip lean and don't know one that has died of complications from it, I know 2 that have had seizures, but that was more than likely from them mixing it with xanax.

Honestly, it's better to not do any drugs at all of course (I don't drink or smoke, I sip a few times a year); but the lean scare propaganda you guys believe is very far from the truth, it's almost reefer madness levels.

I agree with this for the most part Breh. Was out in ATX for 6 years and did my share of sipping

And seeing countless others sip

It is definitely much much more dangerous when mixing with other shyt

Taking Oxy, hydrocodone, a bar here and there and sipping?

Not a good look

And that's what so many do. It ain't just lean only

Definitely, also in Houston lean is kinda a social/status drugs, oh you out at a function/party with a double cup of lean and a clean fit, hoes gonna assume you a get money nikka and bop "can I hit your cup?" etc. If you ask a real drug head (like a white boy that does drugs heavy) they'll laugh at you for sipping lean because it's expensive (especially now with the hype pushing the street prices even higher) and underwhelming effect wise, but you know nikkas and hoes love displays of extravagance.
