After rehab, an addict's tolerance for their fave drug is typically much lower than before rehap. So if 1 cup of lean and 5 xanax bars got the addict pleasantly high before rehab, then maybe only a 1/2 cup and 3 bars achieves the same effect after rehab. After the rehab, 1 full cup+all 5 bars COULD BE LETHAL for that same addict.

you heart doesn't swell, but codeine and other sedatives and opiates slow down your body natural functions such as your metabolism, respiratory, cardiac. That combined with the calories from drinking so much soda cause the weight gain.
And that leads to increased severity of conditions like sleep apnea (which killed Yams and Pimp), being overweight is one of the main causes of severe sleep apnea, and the fact you're slowing down your breathing some more with the lean don't help.

Even in cases like Yams where he got clean, he was on so much drugs like lean and xanax at one point, his body was probably so use to running at half-throttle he suffered from complications of being sober and his body having to readjust.

Never understood this type of stuff, it's like 3 dudes that have died possibly related to lean Pimp, Screw, and Big Moe

Screw was mixing his drugs, he was on valium and PCP as well when he died (a lot of these Houston OGs were shermheads)
Big Moe died of a heart attack, Big Moe was fat as fukk, FAT AS fukk, sure the lean probably didn't help, but the fact he was already 400 pounds probably played a bigger part.
Pimp had sleep apnea since childhood, once again the lean didn't help, but you can't say that the lean alone killed him.

One of my friends is overweight, and has had mild sleep apnea since he was a kid, he sips a decent amount. In his case it's not smart for him to be sipping, because his preexisting condition. Doctors won't prescribe you an opiate if you have certain preexisting condition for a reason.
But for majority of healthy people dying off a lean overdose is not a realistic scenario, even if you check the equianalgesic, codeine is one of the weakest, safest opiates in existence it's a OTC drug in a lot of world.

The biggest risk is that off the lean you start to become more indifferent to your health, and your body/health slowly overtime gets into worst and worst shape, I know a dude that works out religiously like he's in the NBA specifically to counter the fact he's a heavy sipper.
Like I said on here before I know damn near 50+ nikkas that sip lean and don't know one that has died of complications from it, I know 2 that have had seizures, but that was more than likely from them mixing it with xanax.

Honestly, it's better to not do any drugs at all of course (I don't drink or smoke, I sip a few times a year); but the lean scare propaganda you guys believe is very far from the truth, it's almost reefer madness levels.

nikkas need to stay away from opiates... Unless you already addicted, there's no reason in 2015 to take that shyt, just get some mdma and smoke some good weed. Not quite the same feeling but close enough and it won't kill ya.
