I think people are reaching with the premise of "you have to suck dikk to make it in the entertainment industry"
What it is, is that for some reason a lot of people who have fukked up backgrounds gravitate towards fields where they will be appreciated, and known, for their works, being that they come from places where they were treated like shyt. Unfortunately, when money is in abundance/comes easy, your ego being massaged,and you have issues, that is a recipe for feeding your pleasures to hide your pain.
That doesn't mean every company big wig is on that shyt, some people are just about handling business. What we see are a lot of these people who live that party life who tend to hang around each other, and just calling each other out. The same shyt happens with people who are regular, we just don't know about it because we don't hang with them. If you are about your business, and not hanging out partying all the time, you can avoid a lot of this shyt, as long as you have something people can make money off of. There will always be people like Harvey Weinstein, but he isn't the only one to do business with.
