The Mavs are trash with possibly the only coach worse than Mazzulla in the whole league. Without Luka they would be competing with Houston and Detroit for the worst team in the league.

Kyrie is a headcase so put him on any team and it'll end up in a disaster eventually. He's still an insane player though. He almost shot 50-40-90 this season while averaging 27 points. Fans be sleeping on how good he is these days cause of all the dumb shyt.

If that’s how you decide whose a better player then go for it.

How Jimmy has consistently performed in the playoffs, against the best teams, matters more to me than Harden dropping multiple 50 pieces against Detroit and Houston.

This isn’t even recency bias. For the past two playoffs runs, a healthy Jimmy Butler has looked like a better, more impactful player than Tatum.

IQ, reading the game, and decision making have to matter when discussing basketball players.

Tatum is more talented, his ceiling is much higher when factoring his age, and I think he has a more varied bag than Tatum but I don’t think he’s better than Jimmy.

Jimmy was ranked #2 in per minute stats this year behind Jokic. Injuries kept him out of the spotlight. He's been a top 10 per minute producer when adding in defense for years.

I don't put that much stock into them. For example I don't think Embiid is better than Jokic even though the media clearly do.
