Don't hoop when I'm in season, but I play pickup sometimes during the offseason, especially when I'm back in Philly with the boys.
My BBall IQ is way higher than it used to be and my feel for the game is much better than when I played in high school. My handle and layup game isn't what it used to be, but I'm still a lights out shooter with deep range, my floater game has been nice, and I'm more athletic than ever. I can blow past anyone with a combo of first step, acceleration, and strength. My court vision is pretty crazy now, I see shyt like a high level PG out there now, understand how to pick apart defenses, etc. in ways I never could when I actually played.
I was late to playing ball, so I guess my late in life development mentally for the game makes sense. If I could combine my current athleticism, IQ, vision, feel with my HS skills I would've been a real threat no cap. If I started playing ball when I was younger and didn't stunt my growth I probably could've played ball D1 instead of running track, but oh well I'm content with cookin the homies
