Always start with coffee...it insinuates that you're gonna either hit a location or go for a walk (depending on the weather). Also its something you can walk away from if its not going your way...given the travel (at best 20 mins by car?) I can assume you're gonna walk around so make it coffee. Given what you've mentioned about her, it seems like you're not gonna fukk, at all, she seems prudish or at the least not gonna be DTF any time soon, so don't worry about getting a room. If she doesn't drink coffee (one of those dopey bytches) tea is way cheaper, and still implies the "I'm not paying for you to eat" motif.
Again, if the weather is good - Coffee/Tea + Park, and see what you can do there. If its freezing and or just cold, a coffee shop like Starbucks is perfect, be sure to get their first and order your drink first, when she gets in, tell her to grab a coffee and join you.... this is a power play, it shows that you're on time, comfortable , relaxed, and that she's coming out of her pocket. Keeps you in control.

I did it, brought week old donuts I bought that no one wanted in my house, vodka I had for years in the freezer, and some old sandwhiches I asked for from the guy I know at 7-11 (Got 6 sammies). Found a secluded spot in Central, and got head after. All for the price of one coffee(the coffee was for me)...don't pay for anything brehs. Dunkin Donuts, and 7-11 are literally throwing away food by the end of the night, ask nicely and boom. The liquor was a gift, but I figured getting her fukked up would be easier, it honestly wasn't needed, she was DTF once I introduced the picnic idea in winter, it was a week ago.
These birds don't feel the cold...and if they do, they quickly warm to what they perceive is some dude wasting money on them. Also next Friday its gonna be 51....there you go big fella. You got all the tips, you simply need to execute.
P.P. Get familiar with your local Deli's, and 7-11, the food policy is the same, at the end of the night they're throwing away fresh food, as far as I'm concerned, these birds should be treated as such, and I'm not spending any kind of money on a stranger.
