Lol I did wonder when Hinge's run would come to an slow end. Same way the Match group slowly nickle and dimed Tinder is the same way they will mess up Hinge as well.
I still can't believe they are allowed to own all these dating apps. They own over 45 different ones including

Whens the last time you used hinge or tinder.

Ended things a week agoMade things official with a woman i've been dating since July.
Met through mutual social circles, has a solid family background, very easy to talk to and has common sense.

We had a lot of physical chemistry but our values didnt line up enough to make sense long term. She really got back into church HEAVY over the last 2 months (multiple services a week + volunteering) and im just not on that level in that area. I need a life outside of church to be personally happy.
All in all its not a bad time to be single again. I've really matured emotionally and can acknowledge where i need to correct some things before a next potential relationship

Why would you decide to remove me off snapchat today when we had a falling out and seemingly ended things last april?
Jist of it was i knew her for 5 years and watched her glow up. Knew she had a soft spot for me from day 1 and late 2021/early last year we got real heavy for about 4-5 months before my gut started to feel off 1 week and didn’t communicate with each other. When she came back the following week and weirdly and unusually asked me where i been i basically said to her you was doin your own thing and i was doin mine
That left things on a sour note and neither of us spoke to each other since nor did she watch my snap stories.
Ngl, i been building the tension the past few weeks wit her close cousin (who also knows me) who now works with me

Reading a book now called "Please Report Your Bug Here", a satirical/fictional account of basically a Tinder/Instagram/Hinge written by one of the founders of instagram, who got an MFA afterward. it's a decent and funny book, but the inside story that he is 100% recounting from his actual experiences,

Yeah mainly use Feeld, I'll browse Tinder occasionally but it's meh on there, a rough diamond every now and then. Like the big butt white chick, I see when she isn't overrun with work.
But Feeld, man my profile is a like a honeypot on there, these days if a chick doesn't ping me first. I'll pass.
But overall I've slowed down very,very happy with my current chicks. Seeing two very regularly and three occasionally.
Also just started chatting to a 22 yr old who pinged me on Feeld, a very pretty Asian girl.
I actually met her on Monday for the first time. We went for a walk, talk and a coffee. She wants to hang out again and I've suggested a dinner hang at mine and we can make sushi, which she's excited about.
As for cold approach, I do it if I'm in the mood. I talk to anyone so saying hello to a chick is nothing to me, she either engages or not and I can go from there. my area has a high concentration of professional women so you see a few familiar faces around. But like I said I have enough women I'm dealing with atm.
