Yea I peep, and if we assume they both high net earners which mean they probably worked dam hard to get there so she is ready to start seeing and "feeling" and looking like they made it TODAY maybe even yesterday. She wants all the things she imagined she would have after achieving her goals which is understandable..
But it doesnt sound like thats his program and he knows thats gonna put him on treadmill with his foresight, that mean his goal is to sell his program above her initial goals on some inception stuff.. Thats where I think they say the Izm is supposed to be valuable. I know some look at house that you live in as liability and that quad sound like an asset. Might be a convo for another time. But some might say two high net earners might be able to compromise and both be happy if they buy a multi unit as asset and just rent the house they want. (that 600-900k price range has usually been a sweet spot of getting GREAT rent compared to buying but real estate is local and rents went crazy last couple years so you need to do that analysis personally)
Also keep eye on interest rates cuz flirting in mid 6s to 7s is not nice on numbers right now (again depending on market)

Perseverance is key. It's all a trial and error process with filtering out women. Going where you appreciated instead of tolerated.
Besides DR, the other Caribbean countries such as Guyana, Haiti, Dominica, Barbados, Trinidad, Martinique, Guadeloupe, etc are some some notable countries breh should add to their list.

Remember I was on a friends and family trip to Aruba met some nice ass chicks on beach vibin just flyin my drone.. I even got them to do the intro to my lil video reel I put together sayin "Welcome to Aruba".. I didnt even know traveling out US was a big deal and black community really seem to try to keep brothers on plantation, its really interesting to see the mental gymnastics it causes. Sooooo many great experiences I have with different people, family, boys trip, random group, cruises can even be fun like family reunions, etc. People really limit themselves for other people opinion. Maybe its my location and how everyone is from somewhere else, having a passport isnt even anything to brag about in south florida.. You can get one like 120 bucks..

That's why I posted that video earlier of that chick who said the same thing.
I think the problem is with black men above anything else. What I mean is, too many just relish in the thought of other men taking Ls and would rather see a train wreck than another black man actually winning. Case in point the gazillion threads going on right now over ONE dude and nikkas being happy that he supposedly got chased out of Brazil. Yeah, he's moving wrong and his social skills need a lot of work to say the least, but he doesn't represent the majority of black men who travel to other countries and do them. We can't be on code for shyt. As long as we think we're impressing some female who doesn't know or give a fukk about us, we'll gladly throw the next man under the bus.
What these dapfishing and pandering dudes on twitter fail to see is the bigger picture as to what's real going on. A certain section of women (and men) don't want to see black men succeed in any area of life, no matter where they are in the world. I knew there would be a lot of resistance and pushback once black men started to wise up and get the message out to other black men, but that's to be expected. They loved that video of the asian chick blasting black men, but they were super hush of the filipina woman who shattered all the slander and myths about brothas and other men who travel (even a white man made a response video to that filipina chick and stood up for black men and men in general and called out women over their bitterness and jealousy). It's not worth engaging in tit for tat with divestor bytches either, just ignore them. They don't deserve our attention.
Point is, I think we just need to level up in silence. Some forces in this world want us to fail so rather than broadcast every damn thing, just stick to your principles, do what makes you happy, disregard shyt that holds you back and the result will speak for itself and people will get the message no matter whether you choose to travel or stay right in your home town.
