Call me weak but right now I don’t even want to get out of my bed. Already had breakfast. I don’t want to leave the crib.
Is there any close friends you can talk to about the way you’re feeling? Personally I find fi hard to open up and offload to people. But there are people I feel I would be more willingly to be open with then others.
Or even have you considered therapy or counselling over the phone if you can’t get out of bed.
Take small steps bruh.
I think just writing down how you feel from time to time is a good way to start. I’m not consistent but sometimes it’s nice to just brain dump things on your mind for like a minute or two straight.
I don’t know if you’ve got a garden, if you do try spend 10 minutes just outside taking in the fresh air.
Then graduate to a walk round the block or around the park.
Or just going for a drive and parking up listening to music if you have a car.
When Corona first hit and the weather was nice and life was really shytty, I found that helped. I used to go in the mornings and read a book.
My life’s ass and stressful right now my coping mechanism is trying to stay distracted but that comes at a cost also sadly.
