Essential Quick Lil Gems on Dealing with Women

Gave my number to this shy, nerdy Mexican girl at my job. Good thing my Spanish game on point because she doesn't speak English yet. I already knew she was single and had no kids because of her gossipy friends. They didn't know I spoke Spanish so they say all kinds of shyt lol
I would always catch her looking at me, then when I catch her eyes she smiles and looks away. I've never seen anyone so shy in my life
When I approached her and said hi, she kept looking away and giggling, I didn't know people could actually be this shy outside of TV shows! And she talked in a voice so soft I had to get closer to hear her, and she was tripping over her words. When she finally had the courage to make eye contact, she just stared into my eyes non-stop.
When we were done talking I gave her a card with my name an number on it, she asked me if I have WhatsApp and that she would text me.
I didn't approach her because she seemed insecure, I just found her the most attractive and I like that she's really low-key. She doesn't wear any makeup or wear tight clothing, and she still looks good, even though she has braces. Her friends are more thotty and outgoing so they get all the attention. She just reads books on her break.
She called me early the next morning, I was surprised she actually called me. We'll go out on a date tomorrow.

Remember the chick who was supposed to be my date and she cancelled on me last second for some other dude? I saw her at the salsa club last night. She greeted me with a big hug and said that she only came here for me, that she knew I'd be here. I told her I'm here with a date but we could dance if she wants. Her demeanor changed and she said she doesn't want to dance. Then 5 seconds later, another dude asked her to dance and she said yes.
I played my cards right.

I brought a PAWG with me to go salsa dancing that night. She had previously told me that she's really into me, but she needs time because of a bad breakup. But that she enjoys the flirting that we do and she wanted to go dancing with me.
We danced a couple of songs and then she told me that I was getting too close while dancing with her. So I didn't want to dance with her after that, and I ignored her while I danced with other women for an hour or so.
Later, I had asked a woman to dance with me, the woman said yes and I was leading her by the hand to the dance floor. The PAWG friend runs up, and she grabs me by the arm, she says "we haven't danced in a while!" and pulls me away from the other woman to go dance with me. This time, she dances close the whole song and basically is grinding on me the whole time, and burying her face in my neck. She only danced with me for the rest of the night.
I guess I don't fully understand female nature yet, first she said I was dancing too close then she had a change of heart when I left her alone for a while
The PAWG asked me to go see The Joker today and she wants to go dancing with me again tonight.

She caught me off-guard with that move, she had already pulled me away before I could process what was happening.
Dance is genuinely my hobby and passion, so once we started dancing and I was enjoying it, I didn't think too much about what had happened because I was so into the dance. All the other shyt aside, she's legit my favorite person to dance with, she's a really good follow and our rhythm together is perfect. She became really agreesive about keeping my attention and staying hugged up by my side as the night went on. At one point, we were sitting down by the window which was cracked so we could cool off after a dance. She was holding on to my arm with one hand. A woman came over and asked me to dance a bachata song. The PAWG squeezed my arm really tight, and she shook her head no. But I went and danced with the woman anyway. She stared at me the whole time I was dancing with the other woman
